Yesterday Joey Yung and her junior Gary Cheng attended the 'Olympian City Warm-Hearted Dessert Journey' opening ceremony. The other night, Joey attended a music award presentation in Guangzhou along with Leo Ku and Raymond Lam. She and Leo were the big winners with 4 awards and Raymond followed behind with 3.5 awards. Other singers who attended included Twins, Hacken Lee, Kay Tse, etc.
Asked if Joey gossiped about Raymond and Mavis Pan's news? She frankly said: "I had a few drinks with him, hope he'll remove himself from the villain soon." Asked if Raymond's drowning himself into sorrows with alcohol? Joey pretended to sigh: "Drinking into sorrows is going to be even sadder! (he's still sad?) Nope, he's working hard on his jobs. Nothing too big, just treat it as an experience, get him to feel how valuable friendship is."
Supports Ah Sa to have kids
Charlene Choi (Ah Sa) was rumored to be unwilling to have kids as to the reason to her divorce with ex-husband Ronald Cheng. Joey supports her good friend: "Nope, Sa Sa is always talking about having kids, she loves kids. (She wants to have kids faster?) Well she's still working, in fact they already finished filing everything. Such a good new start and new life, the matters between two people, other people cannot comment."
Also, Joey will soon be holding a concert in London on the 26th, and is working on keeping fit and losing weight: "I will play a DVD to learn healthy dances with my mom every night. My brother watches us and laughs for over a minute, he thinks we're really silly. I feel the dances are more effective than the treadmills."
